In the d.vinci Applicant Tracking various placeholders exist for titles and salutations in order to be able to address applicants in a way that is appropriate for the target group.

Title (Free-Text)

The placeholder Title (Free-Text) shows the content of the Title free text field. Academic titles such as Dr., Prof. B.A., M.A., Dipl. etc. can be included here. The placeholder is only filled in the correspondence if the free text field has a content. Otherwise it remains empty.

Gender Title

The placeholder Gender Title only returns a gender specific title. Use this placeholder wherever you want to address the person directly or mention them by name. You can complete the salutation by adding the desired placeholder such as Title (Free-Text), First Name, and or Last Name.

How it would be written in German language can be read here
