Forms displayed in portal tasks as well as forms used internally are displayed in the Additional Information tab in all onboarding files.


To change the order of how these forms are displayed, proceed as follows:

  1. Press the Administration menu item. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. In the d.vinci Onboarding section, press the Forms card. The page with the same name is displayed. Here you see the list of forms. The order of the forms applies to all display areas in which forms are displayed.
  3. Each list entry has the    icon. Press and hold this icon for a selected list entry and drag the entry up or down to move it to the desired position. The change immediately applies to all display areas in which forms are displayed.
