In your user information, you can change the language of the system with a single click, for example, from German to English. All menu items and system elements will then be displayed in the selected language.

This can make communication with colleagues who speak other languages easier, as you can check how functions and areas are named in the system language of your colleagues.

Prerequisite
Additional languages are activated in the Language tab in the Basic Settings.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on your username in the header. A dropdown menu will appear.
2. Click on the badge of the language in which you want to display the system. The active language badge will be highlighted, and the dropdown menu will close.
