With the activated Candidate Experience Module, you can trigger CV parsing at any time after uploading application attachments. This scans the corresponding document and checks whether there are still empty fields in the application that can be filled with information from this document.

Fields in the application that are already filled with data will not be changed.


Required permissions

  • Edit application


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the application for which you want to trigger parsing. The page Application with the details will be displayed.
  2. Click on the tab Attachments. The attachments will be displayed.
  3. Click on the icon Extract data. The page Application with the open tab Attachments will be displayed, and a success message about the parsing will appear below the page title.
