By default, files are always converted to PDF format when uploaded (e. g. by the applicant). This prevents any malware that may be present from reaching the PC. We therefore recommend that you leave this function activated.
However, it is possible to bypass this default setting by means of a special permission.
Please check carefully beforehand whether you really want to allow a selected group of people to download open files (e. g. in .doc format). You should carefully consider the security risk.
