Explanation of term
In job openings, you must select a responsible user. This helps other users identify the contact person for the job opening. Additionally, the responsible user can appear in the job advertisement, providing a transparent and friendly impression for applicants.

System behavior
- Where and how can the responsible user be displayed?
The responsible user of the job opening can be inserted as a placeholder in job advertisement templates, correspondence templates, and format templates and displayed to applicants. - What content can be displayed?
There are several placeholders that display information about the responsible user, such as photo, salutation, name, department, phone number, address details, etc.
Tip: When using placeholders, type [T] "resp" to display all placeholders for the responsible user. - Notification about expiring publication
Responsible users of the job opening can be notified about expiring job ad.

In the application search, the application overview, and the job opening overview, you can filter by the responsible user to keep track of the job openings. - Changes
The responsible user can be changed at any time. - Deletion
Responsible users can be removed from the job opening, and another person can be assigned. However, if you attempt to delete the user in the system, a window will appear informing you about existing dependencies. The user can only be deleted once all dependencies are resolved or transferred to another user.
