Explanation of term
The application displays all information about the applicants and the current status of the application process. Sometimes, we also refer to it as an applicant file.

You can access a single application either via the Applications menu item by clicking on an application status icon or via the job opening and then the name of a person.
Alternatively, you can search for an application in the blue bar at the top.
System behavior
In the application, you have the following options:
- Use the screen icon on the side to switch to the split screen view.
- In the business card, you can see the application status, salutation, first name, last name, a picture, if applicable, a conflict icon, a badge for special characteristics, the job opening the person applied for, when and through which medium the application was received.
- In the top right corner, you can change the application status, assign a rating, comment, and select further editing options via the gear icon. Examples: Provide feedback, Make a recommendation, Send info, Change job opening, record another application, Set a reminder, or Delete. Additional icons may be displayed if d.vinci is connected to other tools, such as a tool for contract creation.
- Application data can be evaluated via the reporting interface.
The application contains several tabs:
- Data Tab
This tab lists general data about the applicant and the advertised position. - Attachments Tab
This tab contains the attachments for the application. - Activities Tab
This tab provides an overview of all activities related to the application, such as interviews, feedback, etc. - History Tab
This tab allows you to trace the recruitment process of the application.
