Explanation of term

The pre-application page can be displayed to applicants before they fill out the application form and submit an application to your company. It includes an introduction to the application process and, if configured, a selection of application methods.


Configuration

The Intro Page can be displayed for questionnaires of the type Application Questionnaire.
To do this, an application form must be created, and then the tab Intro Page must be selected. Here, you will see the option to Activate Intro Page or Deactivate Intro Page.


System behavior

  • Contents of the Intro Page
    The following contents can be displayed on the pre-application page:
  • Application methods
    In the Apply with... section, the activation of various functionalities is possible if the Candidate Experience Moduleis enabled:
    • Upload resume
    • Use XING profile
    • Use LinkedIn profile
    • Resume from Dropbox
  • Adjust order
    The order of application methods can be adjusted by dragging and dropping.
  • Edit contents
    In the Introduction text and Footer sections, you can edit content. Text, video, photo, and other features provided by the editor are available here.
  • Adjust position
    You can only adjust the text of the position by changing the position in the job publication.
  • Button labels
    If you want different button labels in the job advertisement than Back and Apply, please send us this request via email. We will change the text for you.


How our customers use this

You can use the intro page, for example, to embed a short image video to show potential new employees where they would work or use the introduction text to provide applicants with additional information about your company before they apply.
