Explanation of term

The Intro  page can be displayed to the applicant before they complete the application form and thus submit a application to your company It includes introduction to application and selection of application method. This page can be extended with the Candidate Experience module.

Configuration

The preview page can be displayed for questionögen of type applicant form.
To do this, a Application form must be created and then the Preview page  tab must be clicked. Here the option  Enable default page or  Disable default page will appear.

Behavior in the system

  • In the Introduction and Footer area you can maintain content. Text, video, photo and all other features offered by the editor are possible here.
  • You can only customize the text of the position by changing the position of the job publication.
  • If you would like the buttons in the job ad to be labeled differently than please send us this request via email. We change the text for you.
  • In the Apply with... area, when Candidate Experience Moduleis enabled, the activation of the various functionalities will be possible: 
    • XING Profile
    • LinkedIn profile
    • Upload resume
    • Upload resume from Dropbox
  • By drag and drop at the icon   you can change the sorting of these functionalities.


How our customers use this 

You can use the preview page, for example, to include a short image video to show your potential new employees where they would work or the introductory text to give applicants more info about your company before they apply.
