Correspondence templates can include attachments, such as directions.


Required rights

  • Edit correspondence templates


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the page Correspondence Templates. The page of the same name will be displayed.
  2. Click on the title of the correspondence template you want to edit. The Correspondence Template page with the template details will be displayed.
  3. Click on the tab Attachments. The page of the same name will be displayed.
  4. Click thebutton Attachment.
  5. Click in the field File next to Please select and choose a file to upload.
  6. Optionally, enter a Description.
  7. Select whether the attachment should be preselected and directly attached to the correspondence template (Yes) or not (No).
  8. Click the Create button to save the entries. The Correspondence Template page with the template details will be displayed.
