NEW | Personalize Menu Alongside the new layout d.vinci also offers an overhauled personalizable menu 2021. All informations can be found in the Service Desk. |
Better | Logo images can now be uploaded in SVG format. Unlike pixel-based image formats (e.g. JPEG), SVG is a vector-based format that can be enlarged or reduced as desired without losing quality. |
Better | Microsoft PowerPoint files can be uploaded to correspondence templates and as additional attachments when changing status. This way, for example, you can send applicants presentations to prepare for appointments. |
Better | From now on, any user can comment on any application for which they have the necessary viewing rights. |
Better | In the correspondence template, the displayed format template is now linked and can be opened directly from there. This saves you up to three steps. |
Fixed | Users with temporary view permission on recommended applications could perform status changes for them without having the necessary user group permissions. |
Fixed | When adding a user to a user group, the user group is also added in the user. However, removing a user from the user group did not remove the user group from the user, which prevented the user from actually being removed from the group. |
v2020.25 (12/10/2020)
Note | This release is done internally in preparation for the new features of v2020.26 |

v2020.23 (11/19/2020)
Note | d.vinci is geting a completely new look in December and will present itself more modern and chic than ever before!
|
Better | d.vinci can now process complex metadata XML files for single-sign-on. If a metadata XML file contains information about more than one Identity Provider, you are prompted to select the desired Identity Provider when uploading the file to the single sign-on configuration. This allows you to configure single sign-on even with complex files. |
Fixed | In the change log, the "to" filter did not take the selected date into account. This meant that no result was output when a concrete day ("Date X" to "Date X") was selected. |
Fixed | When rescheduling an MS Team meeting appointment, an error message was displayed with no effect. |
Fixed | During a status change with appointment survey, no appointment suggestions were displayed if the status change functionality Confirm Appointment (with Optional MS Teams Meeting Invitation) was activated for the target status. |
Fixed | As long as the Candidate Experience Module is active, applicants can have their entered application data merged into a PDF CV. In some cases these had visual flaws. |
v2020.22 (11/05/2020)
Better | Applicant names are not displayed in events if the logged-in user does not have the necessary rights to view the application. Instead of the applicant name, "Participant" is displayed. |
Fixed | Emails sent by the system displayed "Default User" as the email sender. This was fixed so that now the responsible user's name is displayed as the email sender. |
Fixed | In the Safari browser (Apple products) the menu item Administration was temporarily not displayed correctly. |
Fixed | The menu items or their contents were temporarily displayed in different languages. |
v2020.21 (10/22/2020)
NEW | Conduct Applicant Interviews with Microsoft Teams You can use Microsoft Teams to conduct online meetings with applicants. Find out more under Getting Started with MS Teams Meetings. |
Better | The back button in the d.vinci header bar now also considers cross-product areas. So you can switch from areas of d.vinci Applicant Tracking back to areas of d.vinci Onboarding and vice versa. |
Better | After you have marked a message as done, the confirmation message will mention the affected application. You can press it to go directly to the application. This shortens your way back to the application. |
Fixed | The application confirmation email that was supposed to contain a link to a feedback questionnaire did not contain a valid link. |
Fixed | All users were informed about all expiring job advertisements. However, users should only be informed about expiring job ads of their own user groups. |
Fixed | If a user (e.g. line manager) is granted view permission for an application in the course of a recommendation, this view permission should be retained if the user expresses interest in the recommendation and subsequently provides positive feedback. However, the user's viewing permission were withdrawn after positive feedback was given. |
Fixed | The User button on the User Groups page was not displayed correctly in some cases. |
v2020.20 (10/12/2020)
Note | The integrated applicant communication has replaced the use of a custom SMTP server in almost all systems. For this reason, the custom SMTP server feature is removed for all systems without an already configured SMTP server. From v2020.20 on it will not be possible to configure an own SMTP server anymore. |
Note | Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) has been discontinued by the manufacturer Microsoft for some time now. At the beginning of 2020, Microsoft also discontinued support through security updates. Due to technical innovations and increasing security risks, the use of d.vinci on IE10 will become completely impossible from 12/31/2020. Please use the time to introduce a more up-to-date browser. |
NEW | Open Administration Without Leaving the Current Page When you press the Administration menu item the administration is displayed without leaving the page you are currently working on. Press anywhere outside of the administration display, or press X within it, or press Esc (Escape) on your keyboard to close the administration display. In this way you can have a quick look into the administration without leaving the current page. |
NEW | Search the Administration Page The Administration page now has a search bar. Enter a search term to reduce the administration elements to the search term. For example, enter "Interview" to reduce everything despite Basic Settings because that's where the Online Interview tab is. This allows you to find the administration elements you need more quickly. |
Fixed | When changing the application status, a comment can be written and any number of comment recipients can be selected. The email notification sent to all comment recipients should contain a list of all recipients. This has not been the case so far. |
v2020.19 (09/24/2020)
Better | It is now possible to use the improved Sepstone Quick Apply (previously called ATSi). (The function must first be enabled by Stepstone). |
Fixed | If the application receipt confirmation contained a link to a feedback questionnaire, an error message was displayed when the application was submitted. Although the application was saved, no confirmation of receipt was sent. This could also lead to irritation on the part of the applicant, as it gave the impression that his or her application had not been sent. |
Fixed | Users with only the permission Applications With Special Character "DIS: Severely Disabled Applicant" | view according to user groups and Applications With Special Character "IA: Internal Applicant" | view according to user groups could not be selected as recipients of comments. |
Fixed | Users with the right to postpone or cancel appointments could not select correspondence templates. |
v2020.18 (09/10/2020)
NEW | Compare Attachments You can select two applications and compare their attachments. |
Better | When editing the application, if you change any fields related to privacy policy, those changes will be recorded in the application history. This applies both to manual changes from within d.vinci and external changes through application programming interfaces. This ensures that privacy policy related content is not altered unnoticed. |
Fixed | In Chromium based browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge the HTML editor, when switched to Source mode, only offered minimal space for editing the content. |
Fixed | Users without the necessary right to view activities and histories were able to view user feedback on applications in the application list, task list, and search. |
v2020.17 (08/27/2020)
Better | Recommendation recipients can now create comments for applications that were recommended to them. This allows them to ask for more information before answering the recommendation. |
Better | When specifying an API URL for access to an external system you can add a placeholder anywhere in that URL. When opening the URL the placeholder is then filled with an access key (JSON WEB Token). In this way you can determine where to put the JWT to meet the external system's demands. |
Fixed | Under certain circumstances recommendation recipients were able to see the button to start the onboarding, despite lacking the necessary rights. (However, they could not use that button.) |
Fixed | When deleting a user, the button Transfer Responsibilities as Responsible User was not displayed as a button. |
Fixed | A few English translations were fixed. |
v2020.16 (8/13/2020)
NEW | Job Groups in Multiposting The multiposting tool now allows you to create job groups. Job groups make it more easy to analyze your job ads. Especially the booking process is made more easy because job ads of the same job group have the same categories. To set up job groups, proceed as follows:
|
Better | The options to reschedule or cancel appointments have been assigned to a permission of their own. The new permission is called Appointments | reschedule/ cancel. All existing users with the right to view, edit and create applications will receive the new permission. This allows you to define the options for your user roles even more clearly. |
Better | When creating or editing format or correspondence templates, they will be checked vor valid HTML contents upon saving. In this way invalid templates are found before they are actually used. |
Better | In the input forms for creating or editing job publication channels the Notification for Expiring Job Advertisement Placement field was improved. The subordinate field that appears when selecting the option Yes is now labeled Number of Calendar Days Before Expiration. This makes it more clear that the field counts calendar days and not week days. |
Better | Under Administration > Application Portals the page Job Publication Channels now displays for each list entry if notifications are enabled for the job publication channel. |
Fixed | Correspondence templates without attachments could not be deleted because the dialog for confirming deletion did not show any content. |
Fixed | When rescheduling or canceling scheduled emails the new date or cancelation was ignored and the correspondence was sent immediately. |
Fixed | If a report had a very long number of sources, they could not be fully displayed in the report diagram when hovering over it with the mouse. |
Fixed | Free text fields of the type Text Area have a maximum number of permitted characters. However, the system did not display an error message when the field contained too many characters and simply cut off the excess text. |
Fixed | The Properties card of the Permission page was not displayed properly. |
Fixed | Moving between pages on the Workflows page was not possible. For this reason the system could not display more then ten workflows even if more existed. |
Fixed | On the Hiring Requests page the Text Contains filter can be used to search for hiring requests with certain contents in their free-text fields. However, this filter did not regard free-text fields that are displayed when selecting a Reason to Hire. |
v2020.15 (30.07.2020)
Note | You can find a complete list to all placeholders under Placeholders "Title", "Gender Title" and "Salutation". |
Better | For new and ongoing applications, values that are relevant for selected reports, such as the reason for rejection, may be missing. These values are displayed in reports as Empty. Large amounts of empty values can distort the appearance of the report diagram. In all reports of type Application Ratio, the value Empty is therefore deactivated by default from. This makes it easier to see the distribution of non-empty values in the corresponding reports. NoteWhen opening the report, you can press on the individual legend entries in the legend below the report diagram to activate or deactivate them. |
Better | Until now, the attachments of a correspondence template could be deleted even if the template was used in pending scheduled emails. From now on, correspondence template attachments can only be deleted after all dependencies have been removed - in this example after all scheduled emails have been sent or canceled. This ensures that deleting attachments has no effect on outgoing messages. |
Fixed | The standard user role Administrator could view correspondence templates alongside its permission to view format templates, but it couldn't view attachments of those correspondence templates. |
Fixed | In format templates of the Document type the Applicant - Salutation (Complete) placeholder didn't work properly due to misformatting. |
Fixed | For questionnaires without the possibility of an intro page the property Intro Page: No was displayed. This could lead to confusion about whether an intro page could be enabled for such questionnaires. The property was removed. |
v2020.14 (07/16/2020)
NEW | Be Informed About Expiring Job Publications Up until now and depending on their individual settings users could be informed about new applications and overdue tasks (d.vinci Onboarding) in a daily email. From now on, users can additionally be informed about expiring job publications and expiring external job publications (of multipostings) that are active. The new options can be set up individually for each user under User > Daily Email For and for each job publication channel under Job Publication Channel > Notification for Expiring Job Advertisement Placement. In this way users stay informed about ongoing developments and can react more quickly. |
Fixed | When sending job advertisements via email, contained format template placeholders were not filled. |
Fixed | In the permission list the activated filter System Persmission: No was inadvertently deactivated when a permission was deleted. |
Fixed | The Conflict Resolved page contained a minor layout weakness when displaying the Skype or Profile name. |
Fixed | The Number of Status Transitions report did not display automated status changes. (This was addressed as a hotfix between the last and the current release.) |
Fixed | Users without the necessary viewing permission were informed about new messages in global mailboxed which they could not open and view. (This was addressed as a hotfix between the last and the current release.) |
Fixed | The REST-API could not correctly transfer information on user groups. (This was addressed as a hotfix between the last and the current release.) |
v2020.13 (07/02/2020)
NEW | Send Feedback Questionnaire for the Whole Application Process This feature is available to systems with activated Candidate Experience Module. Previously, it was possible to ask feedback questions to the candidates following a questionnaire for forwarding. These related to the initial application process and helped to improve the application form. However, to be able to evaluate the entire subsequent application process, there is now a new questionnaire of the type Feedback Questionnaire. You can attach the feedback questionnaire to the correspondence template of a final status, for example. Regardless of whether the candidate was hired or rejected, you can invite him or her to evaluate the application process. You can evaluate the results in the reports. The feedback given is not saved in the application and no history entries are created. From the perspective of d.vinci users, the feedback therefore remains anonymous. The data obtained can contribute significantly to evaluating and improving your application process. |
Better | The application form is a questionnaire type. For all questionnaires to be more easy to find, the Application Forms section (Administration > d.vinci Applicant Tracking/ Application Portals) was renamed to Questionnaires. |
Fixed | Correspondence Templates can contain attachments. When sending correspondences attachments can be selected or delesected. In some cases deselected attachments where sent out nontheless. |
Fixed | In some cases, when selecting the Main Title filter in the Job Openings page, job openings could not be activated or deactivated. |
Fixed | In some cases adding or removing users from user groups did not affect the contents displayed to these users where it should. |
Korrigiert | Previously it was possible to press on the organizational unit of a job opening to open that organizational unit. In some cases the link lead to a wrong target. Instead of fixing it, we have removed the link entirely because it was very rarely used. |
v2020.12 (06/18/2020)
NEW | List of Comment Recipients in Email When commenting on an application, comment recipients receive a notification email for that comment. To users with the right to view application histories and activities, the email now also displays the list of all comment recipients. In this way comment recipients can view who else has received the comment. |
NEW | Reschedule or Cancel Appointment You can reschedule an appointment or cancel an appointment. In this way you don't have to first delete an appointment and create a new one, to reschedule. |
Fixed | When sending messages, you can select or deselect attachments of the correspondence template via checkboxes to only send selected attachments. When specifying a date for scheduled email dispatch, the system could not remember the checkbox selection. This caused the system to send along all attachments for scheduled emails. If the attachments exceeded the maximum file size, email dispatch was aborted alltogether. |
Fixed | The Italian input form for creating appointments contained a faulty time format. When specifying a time, the system incorrectly used h:mm instead of h.mm as the time format. This caused an error when saving. NoteThis bug has already been fixed in a prev release but was not announced. |
v2020.11 (06/04/2020)
NEW | Social Media Image Previously, when sharing a job advertisement via social media, the (first) panorama image of the job publication was used. Instead, you can now create media of the new type Social Media Image and select it in job publications. This allows you to use an optimal social media image when sharing the job ad. |
Better | When sending messages in the course of a status change, the system informs you if the created email is too large (has too many or too large attachments). This allows you to correct the message before it is sent. |
Better | In the last release mass application handovers to Onboarding were introduced. Additionally you can now hand over individual applications to the Onboarding. As an authorized user, you can find the button Hand Over to Onboarding in the action button group of the application. This enables you to view individual applications and hand them over directly. |
Better | The existing Process Times Excel raw data report has been extended by the columns Time to Hire and Time to Interview. |
v2020.10 (05/26/2020)
NEW | Measure Processed Time for all Events The Processed Time since Aplication Entry Date report was unified so that the seperate graphs for processing time and feedback time are now displayed in the same graph. Additionally you can now add further measurements: Time to Hire and Time to Interview. The changes will not affect your existing reports. This allows you to display more measurements more clearly in the same graph to keep track of your process times. |
NEW | Delayed Email Dispatch with Date and Time When sending emails while changing the application status, you could previously specify a date for a delayed email dispatch. You can now also specify a time. The time is rounded up to half or full hours in order to send the email with the next possible sending routine. This allows you to have emails sent at the desired times. |
NEW | Hand Over Applications to d.vinci Onboarding You can hand over any number of applications to the d.vinci Onboarding. Onboarding-users can adopt the handed over applications into onboarding files for new employees. |
Better | In the multi-posting tool, job locations are automatically added. |
Better | When entering email addresses in input forms (e.g. when entering applications or editing contact data), the domain of the email address entered is checked. (The domain is the part after the @). This allows you to detect incorrect email addresses more quickly. |
Better | If you select several messages for deletion in the message inbox, you can deselect individual messages on the following confirmation page after pressing the Delete button. This way you do not have to cancel the process if you want to keep a selected message after all. |
Better | In the Excel raw data report for Number of Status Transitions, there is a new column Idle Time in Days with an average value for each application status. |
Fixed | In some cases, content was omitted when printing from the Firefox browser. |
Fixed | When creating a form field for an Applicant Feedback with the type 5 Star Rating, the button Create Answer was displayed even though no answers can be created for this type of form field. |
v2020.9 (05/07/2020)
NEW | Specify Signing Authority When editing or creating users, you can now specify a signing authority. The input form now contains the new fields Signing Authority and Position with corresponding new placeholders for correspondence templates. In this way you specify authorities for individual users. |
NEW | Report - Application Idle Times With the new Application Idle Times report you can evaluate the idle time in days for individual application statuses. This enables you to better understand where you can make improvements in your recruiting process. |
Better | In addition to the organizer and the applicant, up to two other people can participate in LIVE interviews. To avoid misunderstandings, the Participant field has been renamed Guests and an error message informs you when the maximum number of persons has been reached. This makes it easier for you to see how many people can participate. |
Better | In the input form for editing application forms, the option Mandatory: Consent Required has been introduced in the field Consent to Privacy Policy and Consent to Extended Use. In this option, applicants have to answer with Yes in order to be able to submit the application. (The alternative option Mandatory will also allow No as an answer.) In this way you can better specify under which conditions you will accept the application. |
Fixed | With messages it could happen that long, non-breaking lines extended beyond the display card. |
v2020.8 (04/23/2020)
NEW | Format Template Preview when Sending Messgages When sending messages (for example, when changing the application status or sending info), the content of the corresponding format template is displayed in a grayed-out area above and/or below the correspondence template text. This means that when you send the message, you see not only the editable correspondence template text, but the entire message including the non-editable format template content. |
NEW | Create and Link General Image Use the new media type General Image to create and link non-purpose images. This way you can use images in emails and signatures as well as in application portals and job advertisements. |
Better | With the permission to finish hiring requests, you can now reopen and edit closed hiring requests. To do this, press the Reopen button that is displayed in finished hiring requests. This enables you to make changes at a later date. |
Better | Common browsers such as Google Chrome support the user by automatically filling out forms. The browser can make mistakes in this process, so that, for example, the date of birth is entered in the name field. d.vinci now supports the browser even more in filling the fields in the d.vinci application form with correct content. |
Better | In the applicant card (profile card of the applicant in the application) the applicant photo is now displayed on the left side of the text instead of the right. This means that the applicant's card is better displayed on small screens. |
Better | The performance of the full text search has been improved. |
Fixed | When opening an application from an application list, a navigation bar is displayed for scrolling between the applications of that list. On small screens, it could happen that the navigation bar hides other elements. The navigation bar is now displayed earlier at the bottom of the screen when the view is reduced in size. This means that it can no longer hide other elements. |
Fixed | Contents of multiple selection fields were displayed in disarray on some pages. |
Fixed | The reports for calculating the applicant feedback time now also consider the sending of information. |
v2020.7 (04/08/2020)
NEW | Maintain Special Characteristics You can now maintain special characteristics in the master data. With few exceptions, you can change or delete existing special characteristics and/or create your own special characteristics. In this way, you can determine yourself which special groups of persons you want to highlight. |
Better | The d.vinci REST-API was updated to address the changes mentioned above. |
Better | When creating a new video interview the name of the interviewer (the logged in user) is now transmitted to the platform of our video interview partner Cammio. When you access the video interview on the platform, you can see in plain text which user has invited to the interview. This makes the use of video interviews more transparent. |
Better | Until now, you could include YouTube videos in the HTML editor of job ads. When the videos were viewed, YouTube set cookies, including tracking cookies, without being asked. You can now use a function of YouTube to embed YouTube videos without cookies. This increases the data protection of your candidates. |
Better | In job ad templates, the number of displayable entries in the Employee Benefits selection field has been increased. In systems with a particularly large number of employee benefits, this prevents the selection field from being "emptied" when a certain number of selected employee benefits are reached. To avoid impairing the performance of the browser, the list displays a maximum of 50 entries at any one time. |
Fixed | If the integrated communication (messages) was disabled, inviting an applicant to a video interview caused an error if a (non-existent) mailbox was stored as the sender of the e-mail. From now on, the e-mail address of the logged on user is used as sender if integrated communication is deactivated. |
Fixed | In Internet Explorer 11, icons of the status change list were displayed beyond the edge of the list. |
Fixed | In Internet Explorer 11, the split screen (of the document preview) was not always displayed correctly. |
Fixed | In some cases, contents of the Administration menu item were not displayed correctly when applications were in the application basket. |
Fixed | In some cases, users without the necessary permissions were shown (non-functional) buttons to edit and delete master data. |
Fixed | In some cases, starting an onboarding process for a person with a photo resulted in an error. |
v2020.6 (03/26/2020)
NEW | Context-Sensitive Help Via a context-sensitive help you can call up a corresponding instruction or knowledge article in the new Service Desk for the page that is currently open in d.vinci. For this purpose, a blue question mark icon is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen on all pages that have a knowledge article available. Press this icon to call up the corresponding knowledge article. |
Better | In the user menu, the button Service Center is changed to Service Desk. In the Service Desk you will find extensive online help and knowledge database for your d.vinci products as well as release notes, technical documents and other interesting information about d.vinci. |
Better | d.vinci uses an updated display technology for a better user interface. Most of the improvements take place under the hood, but here and there you will find changes like a new back button and a now blue applicant basket. |
Fixed | When sending job advertisements, the salutation "Hello" appeared twice. |
Fixed | To delete approvers in approval processes of hiring requests, you need to have the right to start approval processes. Previously, the right to delete hiring requests was required for deleting approvers. |
Fixed | The existence of organizational units with special characters in their names caused information for the online interview partner Cammio to be hidden in the basic settings. |
v2020.5 (03/12/2020)
Better | Relocating users to another lower organizational unit is now also possible despite dependencies to other elements, as long as they remain valid. |
Fixed | Tasks in the "Daily Notification" now lead to a suitably filtered view of the task list. |
Fixed | The selection for "Target groups" in the reports now also contains values for non-global users. |
Fixed | After relocating a job opening to another organizational unit, it could happen that the applications could no longer be found using the full-text search. |
v2020.4 (2/27/2020)
NEW | Send iCals as Private You can specify that iCals are sent as private in the email configuration (Administration > Basic Settings). When opened, an iCal is saved as a private appointment in the calendar. This prevents other people from seeing the appointment even if the calendar is shared with them. |
NEW | Mass Deleting of Messages As a user with the right to delete messages, you can now select all messages in the message inbox or select any number of individual messages using checkboxes. Then you can delete the selected messages simultaneously. |
NEW | Job Publication API als RSS Feed Using the d.vinci Job Publication API, you can now integrate job offers as RSS feed, e.g. in large job portals. In this way, subscribers to your RSS channel will know faster than others when you publish new job offers. |
Better | In the d.vinci login window, a message appears if you are using an outdated browser or browser version that is no longer supported. This gives you a first clue if restrictions or malfunctions occur in d.vinci. |
Better | When exporting application lists, the e-mail address of the human resources service provider is displayed at the end of the group Application. |
Fixed | In some cases the Additional Information filter on the Dashboard page and Job Openings page could not be used. |
Fixed | The icon library for employee benefit icons is now hosted by d.vinci and no longer loaded from an external source. |
Fixed | Deleted publication channels were still displayed in job publications. With this release all deleted publication channels are removed from all job publications. No history entries are generated. |
Fixed | Answering a message in the message inbox resulted in an error message, because afterwards the message inbox could not find the now removed message. |
v2020.3 (2/13/2020)
NEW | Assign Fixed Source You can assign a fixed source to each application portal. Applications received via an application portal are automatically assigned the portal's fixed source. If a fixed source is selected, the Source field is hidden in the application form. This prevents incorrect source information from distorting your reports. The application form is also shortened. |
NEW | Transfer Employee Benefit Icons via API Employee benefit icons of the job publication are transferred in a structured and machine-readable way via the d.vinci Job Publication API. In this way, job exchanges can recognize and correctly display the employee benefit icons, even if other display methods are used. (Ask your preferred job exchanges which conventions they have for the internal names of employee benefit icons to be able to identify them). |
Better | The address format was revised for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Mexico. Instead of a generic address format with five free text fields, country-specific address fields are displayed when you select these countries. |
Fixed | Correspondence templates could not be deleted if there were existing dependencies to already deleted applicant forms. |
Fixed | Changing the order of employee benefits in a job publication had no effect. Instead, the benefits were always displayed in alphabetical order. |
v2020.2 (1/30/2020)
NEW | Fixed Questionnaire in Correspondence Template You can select fixed questionnaires for correspondence templates.
|
NEW | Filtering by Form Fields If you create your own form fields and fill them in for a job opening, the data will be displayed in the job opening under Additional Information. There is now a new filter Additional Information in the list of job openings with all your own form fields as filter criteria. This allows you to search specifically for job openings for which selected form fields have been filled in. |
NEW | Unfinished Messages Badge If there are unfinished messages for an application, a red badge with an envelope icon is displayed in the application photo. (You can see the application photo in the application as well as in application lists, search results, and the task list). This enables you to see more quickly for which applications there are still unfinished messages. |
Better | You can change the organizational unit of correspondence templates that are available when sending infos, changing the application status, and replying to messages. |
Fixed | In some cases it happened that in the Microsoft Edge Browser no publications could be saved if the Benefits field was not filled. |

NEW | Applicant Feedback |

You can then use this format template in correspondence templates to output paper letters. In this way, you can create any number of document templates according to DIN standards. For document templates of your own design, you can still choose from 2 free format templates of the type Document. |
NEW | Select Attachment When Sending Messages When editing or creating correspondence templates you can preselect individual attachments. When changing the sttaus of an application all attachments of the selected correspondence template are displayed with their preselection status. You can select or deselect indidivual attachments. This means that when you send messages, you can decide whether to send preselected attachments or whether to adjust the selection for this message individually. |
Better | On the Hiring Requests page, individual hiring requests receive a badge for Approved or Rejected after an approval process. What has improved is that this badge is moved one line for particularly long titles so that it remains clearly visible. This enables you to see at a glance which hiring requests have which approval status. |
Better | Job advertisement metadata has been improved to better display basic information such as title, short description, panoramic image and URL when sharing job ads on social networks. |
Better | There is a new report filter Current and Last X Months. This filter is available in the new reports for applicant feedback. |

Fixed | It could happen that a mass status change to status Pool Candidate was prevented. |
Job Publication Channel > Notification for Expiring Job Advertisement Placement
