  • Documentation in the application
If a new special characteristic is added or removed, this is documented with an entry in the application's history. The logging is done for all applications that a person has active.
  • Sorting
In the master data, you can change the order of special characteristics by clicking, holding, and dragging the   icon for a selected list item to the desired position. The order of special characteristics in the master data is applied to all selection lists.
  • Filtering
In the applicant overview and the application search, you can filter by special characteristics.
  • Editing
Characteristics not marked with the gear icon in front of the names can be freely edited. Those marked with the gear icon are system characteristics and cannot be modified.
  • Deletion
If you delete a special characteristic from the master data, it will remain in the application until you delete it there as well.

Caution

Only for new customers who received a system after September 9th, 2021, the feature "BL" is named "Blocklist" by default. For customers with systems set up before that date, the special characteristic's name in the master data would need to be changed manually.

How our customers use this

Many customers set up their application portals for intranet or personnel service providers with the special characteristic IB or PD. This means that all applicants who apply through these portals automatically receive the badge. This way, applicants can be treated according to their special requirements in the selection process.
