You can use various filters to limit the view of the applications in order to display only certain applicants with certain characteristics.

Proceed as follows: 

1. Click on the menu item Applications. The Dashboard page is displayed. 
2. Click on the    icon. A selection menu is displayed. 
3. Click on the name of the filter that is to narrow down the selection of applications. An entry window is displayed in the foreground.
   The following filters are possible:
   • Job opening
     • Currently published
     • User Group
     • Job Locations
     • Main Title: Here the full title is necessary!
     • Categories
     • Running Release Process
     • With User Group Permission
     • Organizational Unit
     • Permanent Post Number
     • Position/Main Title: Here you can enter parts of the title, it is not necessary to enter the entire job opening title. 
     • Reference
     • Status
     • Company
     • Responsible User
     • Additional Information
   • Application
     • Special Characteristics
     • Type of Application
     • Consent to Extended Use
     • Consent to Privacy Policy
     • Creation Date
     • Gewünschter Einsatzort
     • Degree
     • Source
     • Ranking
     • Keywords
     • Screening Question
     • Screening Question (Minimum Requirements)
     • Language
     • Status
     • Event
4. Fill out the entry form. 
5. Click on Ok. The Dashboard page is displayed with a list of job openings containing applicants with the filter criteria.
