Explanation of term
With our rating feature, you can always keep track of your top candidates! In the application, you can assign an ABC rating to assess the suitability of candidates.
The rating is distinct from the ranking, which evaluates applicants' suitability for a position based on their answers to screening questions.
Configuration
See Assign rating.
System behavior
- Permissions
The rating can be assigned by all users who have the appropriate Rating View/Set permission. - Multiple ratings
It is possible for multiple colleagues to rate an application. The history of the ratings can be tracked in the application's history. - Display of the rating
After the rating is assigned, the evaluation (A, B, or C) appears as a badge below or next to the applicant's name. The position of the badge depends on the screen size. - Display of the rating
Only the most recently assigned rating is displayed. - Filtering
In the application overview, the application list, and the application search, you can filter by rating (A, B, C, or None). The results are sorted in descending order: A, B, and C. - Saving the filter
If you save a bookmark after filtering, you can directly access the filtered results without having to apply the filter again each time.
How our customers use this
Our customers often designate one person to assign the rating. During the selection process, the rating is considered, among other factors, to identify suitable candidates.
