- Active (green): For job postings where you want to receive applications.
- Display of the status
The status of the job opening is also displayed in the publication as an icon before the title of the job opening. - Publications
Only active job openings have active publications. In the Inactive or Archived status, publications are no longer displayed externally. - Archiving rules
- A job opening can only be archived if all applications are in a final status.
- The deletion periods for applications continue to run on the archived job opening.
- Archived job openings are hidden in the system by default.
- Activation and deactivation
In the job opening overview, previously inactive job openings can be activated using the green play icon or deactivated using the red pause icon. - Filtering
- The job opening overview is pre-filtered. Only job openings with the Active and Inactive statuses are displayed initially. To also display archived job openings, the filter must be removed.
- In the application search, you can filter by the statuses of the job opening.
- Reporting
By creating an Excel raw data report with the data "Job openings," you can evaluate how many publications were in the various job opening statuses in the system at a given time.
