Explanation of term
With a pin (a pushpin), you can mark keywords that should be displayed first on the Pool Candidates page.
Configuration
You can set a pin on the Applications page in the tab Pool Candidates.
System behavior
- Usage
Using pins ensures that important keywords remain visible and makes searching for them easier. This helps to find the best candidates for a position more efficiently. - Permission
All users who can access the application pool can set pins. - Number
You can pin as many keywords as you like. However, having too many pins can become confusing. We recommend limiting pins to the most important keywords. - Fixing keywords
The tiles, consisting of keywords for various candidate pools, can be fixed using the pin icon . - Example pins

On the page Applications in the tab Pool Candidates, you can filter by pinned keywords. - Shared pins
Pin settings are not personal. The pin is fixed and visible for all users.
