Using the job list, your job publications are displayed on your website or any other website in your corporate design.
You can create different job lists according to your needs – for example, a list with only apprentice positions, one with IT jobs, one with English-only entries, and many more.
The job list can be displayed in any application portal or any other website. To do this, simply embed the code of the job list into the code of the application portal or any other website.
Display job list on a website
Requirement: You have created a job list.
Follow these steps:
1. Copy the job list code
- Open the page Job List.
- Click on the name of the job list you want to display on a website.
- Click the button </> Embed in Website.
- Click the button Copy job list code. A notification will confirm the successful copy.
The code is now in your clipboard. You can close the view.
2. Embed the code on the website
If you have access to your website, insert the copied code at the desired location. Otherwise, send the code text to the responsible colleague.
Once the code has been inserted, applicants will be able to see the job list on the website.
Display job list in an application portal
Requirement: You have created a job list.
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Application Portals.
- Click on the title of the application portal where the job list should be displayed. The Application Portal details page will be shown.
- Click the tab Start Page.
- If not already done, activate the Simple Page option in the Functions section to enable the Start Page.
- Click the Edit icon next to Job List.
- Click into the field Job List. A dropdown menu will appear.
- Select the job list you want to display in the application portal.
- Click the button Update.
Once you save, the selected job list will be displayed in the application portal.
