Explanation of term

If the Candidate Experience module is activated, you can show at the Intro Page additional possibilities to complete the  application questionnaire. In all additional variants, the document used in each case is read by CV parsing in order to transfer the data in the application questionnaire. Applicants then only need to check this and not fill it out completely.

 

Configuration

In Application Questionnaire the Intro Page must be activated. 

For questionnaire of type application questionnaire in the tab Intro Page, the button Activate Intro page must be pressed.

 

Behavior in the System

  • Functionality that is always available when the intro page is deactivated:
    • Fill out Application Questionnaire

  • Advanced functionality that can be used with the Candidate Experience module:

    • Use XING Profile
      The candidate logs in to XING, the data from their resume there is transferred to d.vinci üb and thus the applicant form is pre-filled.
    • Use LinkedIn Profile
      The candidate logs into LinkedIn, the data from their resume there is transferred to d.vinci üb and thus the applicant form is pre-filled.
    • Upload CV/Resume
      The data will be uploaded from the computer or mobile device and the applicant form will be pre-filled.
    • CV via Dropbox
      The candidate logs in to Dropbox, selects his resume, the data from his resume there is transferred to d.vinci üb and thus the applicant form is pre-filled.
  • Use XING and LinkedIn profile mus be set up by us.
  • If you use an own domain, we will need to do some changes at our side. Please inorm us and  Please let us know if you encounter any problems. 
  • Sending an application is possible for the candidate with a maximum total file size of 10 MB.
    If a bigger file is send an error occures that is indicating that the file must be smaller. The text reads: The uploaded file üexceeds the maximum file size of 10 MB. Please try again with a smaller file or fill out the application form manually.

This is how our customers use this

Most customers have at least enabled upload CV/Resume to provide applicants with a quick and easy way to apply. Applicants greatly appreciate not having to manually enter all data and only having to correct data when applying.
