Explanation of term

This list displays all applications associated with the job opening, regardless of which publication of the job opening they belong to – or whether the application has been moved to the job opening.


Configuration

Click on the menu item Applications to access the application list. You are in the tab Job Openings. Here you can see the application list.


System behavior

  • Sorting of statuses
    The display is sorted in the order in which your statuses are created. 
  • Filter options
    You can restrict the application list using various filters based on the content of the job opening or application.
  • Navigation options
    When you open an application from the application list, you can navigate to the next/previous application of this application status at the top of the application without having to return to the list.


How our customers use this

The application list is the central hub or entry point for many customers when working with the d.vinci applicant management system. It is the most frequently visited page because applications for individual job openings are managed from there.
