When you open the page Hiring requests, a list of all hiring requests is displayed.
Note
A pre-filtering (status: In progress, approval process running x) takes place here, so that you initially only see hiring requests that correspond to the settings. If you want to see other hiring requests in other statuses, the filter must be removed via the X to the right of the filter.
The following functions are available from this page:
- Icon
Shows you the collection basket for mass processing. -
Here you can limit the view by filters. - Button Export hiring request
Here you can export the hiring request - Hiring request
Here you can create a new hiring request
In the rows of this view you can see the following:
- Status of the job opening (colour and icon)
- Job title
- Day of creation
- Organizational unit
- HR Contact
- Superior
- Job opening
- Icon
Press on it, you can delete the hiring request.
