System behavior

  • Email address in the questionnaire:
    In questionnaires of the type application form, the email address of the staffing agency/personnel service provider can be requested.

    If this query is activated in the applicant form and the corresponding field is filled with an email address, d.vinci provides you with the option to decide who should receive your message when sending an email:

    • Only the applicant
    • The applicant and the staffing agency (Cc.)
    • Only the staffing agency
  • General notes:
    Read general notes on receiving applications from personnel service providers.


How our customers use this

Many customers use a dedicated questionnaire for staffing agencies where the email address of the staffing agency is defined as a mandatory field. This prevents direct communication with the candidates.
