Using the application search, you can display a list of applications.

If you have search results, you can export the application list as an Excel file.

If you want to export all applications at the current time, simply press Search without entering any input.


Note

If you press the Search button in the application search without entering a word in Full-text search, Last name, or First name, you will get a list of all applications in the system.


Required Permissions

  • View applications or View applications (according to user group)
  • Export application lists


Follow these steps:

  1. Display the results of the application search.
  2. Click on the gear icon . A selection menu will appear.
  3. Click on the option Export application list. Depending on your browser settings, the Excel file will either be displayed, downloaded, or you will be prompted to save it.


Note

The storage location of the Excel file is determined by your browser or PC settings. If you cannot find the downloaded file in the “Downloads” folder on your PC, please contact your IT department to inquire where these documents are saved.
