When you open a job opening, the second tab is Ranking. 

Here you can set how screening questions are weighted and what your minimum response requirements are for the applicant to be considered further for a job opening. This tab is hidden if no screening question relevant to the ranking has been stored. 

You can add a comment via the    Comment button. 

Use the    Reminder button to create a reminder for the job opening. 

You can reach the following buttons via the    Icon:

•   Copy
•   Match applications
•   Relocate
•   Delete

Both fields can be edited via the   Icons.

Here you can see the following fields: 

• Screening Question Multiplier
  The weighting indicates the multiplier with which the answer to the question should be taken into account as opposed to other screening questions.
• Minimum Requirements
  The minimum requirements indicate what the candidate must have answered as a minimum in order to be considered further in the selection. If the candidate does not meet the minimum requirements, the ranking indicator will turn red.
