If you open the Events page, an overview of the events will be displayed.


Note  

A pre-filtering (Period: All future x) takes place here, so that you initially only see events that will take place in the future. If you also want to see past events, you have to remove the filter by clicking on the X to the right of Period: All future events.


The following functions are available on this page: 

  • Icon   
    On the right side of the page shows the collection basket for mass processing. 
  • Button   
    Here you can limit the view by filters.
  • Button + Event
    Here you can create an Event


In the rows of this view you can see the following: 

  • Name of the event
  • Date and time 
  • Organizational unit
  •  
    The number badge shows the number of applicants who have confirmed the participation.
  •   
    The number badge shows the number of applicants who have canceled the participation.
  • Bar with number
    The bar shows the number of attendees planned for the event and the attainment/utilization so far.
  •   
    If you press on the icon, all applications of the event will be displayed in the application list.
