When you open the page Correspondence templates, the following is displayed.

Here you can create a new correspondence template.
In the lines of this view you will see the following:
- Icon , if this is a system correspondence template.
- Name
- Language label (de, en, etc.)
This indicates the language in which the correspondence template was created. - Available at
Indicates the status or function (answer message, send info, etc.) for which the correspondence template can be selected. - Organizational unit
- Format template
- Icon
- Icon
If you press this icon, you can delete the correspondence template.
You can open the correspondence templates by clicking on the line or on the icon .
