Internal names are the values that are needed to read an output value in the system with an interface.

Example:
The authorization Attachments (from applications) | download as original files has the internal name SYS_ATTACHMENTS_DOWNLOAD_ORIGINAL_FILE

Internal names can be defined in many places when creating an output value (for example a location, a reason for rejection or a role) in the Additional information for external systems area. If this is not assigned manually, the internal name is generated by the system from the display name.
