Use Document (for Printing)
- Documents that are inserted in tasks or task templates via placeholders can be viewed at any time when the task is opened.
- For unfinished tasks, the most recently uploaded file version is displayed.
- For tasks that have been marked as done, the file version that was valid at the time of completion is displayed. (Also see Update Document (for Printing).)
- When the task is marked as done, the link to the document in e-mails becomes invalid.
This is relevant for e-mail notifications about tasks, which are sent to responsible users or in the course of task transfers to externals (non-d.vinci users).
