In d.vinci, job ads can be placed on job boards/job exchanges via the Agency Channels. Via the agency channels, a price quotation is triggered with our Media Team. Our colleagues will come to you and discuss your individual needs for the job ad.

Placement service without consultation

You do not want any further revision or review of the job ad? Then we can offer a pure placement process. Just let us know directly in the Additional Information field of your price request, so that we can take this into account in the further process.

You will benefit from the lower administrative effort and the more favorable conditions for the ad placement. We offer this service for individual placements and for placements via certain framework agreements/quotas. 

Placement service with detailed advice

Are you unsure whether your ad is addressing the right target group, whether spelling and grammar are correct, or whether AGG conformity is guaranteed? Then this offer is just right for you.

We will contact you at short notice to discuss the job ad with you. We will also be happy to put together an individual package that allows you to address your target group in a cost-optimized manner on several channels. We also offer framework agreements and contingents with job boards.

Our placement service with consulting always includes:

• Detailed media consulting and recommendation of suitable publication channels
• Spelling and checking the General Equal Treatment Act requirements according to the four-eyes principle
• SEO-optimized wording tailored to the algorithms of the respective job boards
• Transmission of the ad design as HTML preview link for online ads or as PDF for print ads
• Preview link for your internal approval processes
• Correction loops (including subsequent corrections after publication, if possible with the job board)
• After release: placement and placement control
• On request: Regular reporting
• On request: Early deletion of ads
• On conclusion of contract: Management of your framework contracts

Contract handling

We are happy to act as your contract administrator for contingents with individual job boards. This means we negotiate the framework contracts with individual job boards and book them accordingly. We take over the entire correspondence with the job boards and, if necessary, set up appropriate interfaces to your d.vinci applicant management.
