Applicants can also apply to your job postings via WhatsApp.

Instead of using the application form, a link to a WhatsApp application chat is embedded in the job posting. At the end of the chat, the applicant's data is transferred directly to your d.vinci applicant management system, and the application can be processed as usual. We enable this through our partner PitchYou.

Behavior in the system

  • Prerequisite
    You must have signed a contract with our partner PitchYou.
    In their admin area, you'll find the information you need for the configuration in d.vinci.

  • Permission
    To configure the function, you need access to the questionnaires. This requires the permission to create/edit application portals.

  • Impact
    If the function is activated in the questionnaire and linked to the PitchYou identifier, the Apply via WhatsApp button will appear in the job posting alongside the Apply button.
    If you have multiple apply buttons in your job postings, the Apply via WhatsApp button will be displayed alongside all of them as well.

  • Apply via WhatsApp on the preselection page
    You can decide whether the button in the job posting is sufficient or whether applicants should also be offered the option to Apply via WhatsApp on the preselection page after clicking the Apply button.
    Simply activate the option in the questionnaire of the type applicant questionnaire with the function Display WhatsApp button in job posting enabled in the Preselection page tab.

  • Selection of job postings
    The new button can be displayed in selected job postings or in all job postings, depending on how you configure your system. See: Set up WhatsApp applications with PitchYou

  • Publication of job postings via agencies
    Agencies can easily retrieve a link that allows them to embed an Apply via WhatsApp button in job postings they design themselves. See: Set up WhatsApp applications with PitchYou
    The URL required for this is available if a WhatsApp application is generally possible for the job posting and is empty if no WhatsApp application is desired for the job posting.

  • Deactivation
    To remove the button from a job posting, the option must be removed from the questionnaire linked to the posting.

The WhatsApp application via PitchYou is frequently used for positions that particularly target blue-collar audiences. This type of application is ideal for jobs where applicants want to get in touch quickly and easily.

The function is used for both all job postings and specific job postings, depending on the company's needs and recruiting strategy.
