Onboardees can install the employee portal as an app on their mobile phone. This gives them easy access to all important information at any time.


Ways to access the installation

  1. Log in to the employee portal. You have received your access data by email. You are in the menu item Discover.
  2. Click on the banner at the bottom of the screen with the text Install app.
  3. Click on the button for confirmation, which opens via the browser. The app will be installed.

Installation on iOS devices

The banner cannot be displayed on iOS devices for technical reasons.

  1. Open the Safari browser on your iOS device.
  2. Log in to the employee portal. You have received your access data by email. You are in the menu item Discover.
  3. Click on the "Share" icon in Safari.
  4. Select "Add to Home Screen" from the options list.
  5. Click on "Add" to confirm the installation.

About your own profile in the employee portal

  1. Log in to the employee portal. You have received your access data by email. You are in the menu item Discover.
  2. Click on Your profile or the person avatar that leads to this area.
  3. Click on the option Install app.


Security

Are you worried about installing the app?
Don't worry. Just as you can save websites to the start page on your cell phone, it also works with the employee portal. However, we have optimized the employee portal a little so that you always have the best user experience and so the word "app" is more correct than website.
