You can let the system mark tasks as done automatically. Such tasks are set to the task status Finished on the configured due date of the task.

If a non-permanently visible portal article is assigned to this task, this portal article is automatically displayed in the employee portal when the task is finished.


Proceed as follows:

  1. When editing or creating tasks, for Finish Automatically select the option Yes.
  2. Press the button Update or Create to save all changes.
