A) Change application

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the application that you want to change. The Application page with the applicant's details is displayed. 
  2. Click on one of the   icons in the tab Data or Attachments. The entry form is displayed. 
  3. Change the relevant data.  
  4. Click on Update. The Application page appears with the details of the applicant and a note about the changes.  


B) Delete from within the application

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the application that you want to delete. The Application page with the applicant's details is displayed.
  2. Click on the  button. A selection menu is displayed.
    Click on   Delete.  The Delete Application page is displayed, asking you if you are sure about your application.
  3. Select whether statistical data should be retained. Choose Yes if you want the applicant's data to be included in reporting. 
  4. Click on   Delete Application and Personal Data. The page you were on before opening the application is displayed. 


C) Delete from the application list / multiple selection.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the menu option Applications. The list of all job openings and relevant applications is displayed.
  2. Click on the title of the job openings for which you want to delete applications. The Application List page with all applications in the job opening is displayed.
  3. Click on the   icon, or the applications that you want to delete.
  4. Click on the   button. A selection menu is displayed.
  5. Click on   Delete. The Delete Application page is displayed, asking you if you are really sure.
  6. Select whether statistical data should be retained. Choose Yes if you want the applicant's data to be included in reporting. 
  7. Click on   Delete Application and Personal Data.The Application List page is displayed.
