Edit application

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the application you want to edit. The Application page with the applicant's details will be displayed.
  2. Click on one of the edit icons in the tab where you want to change the data. The input form will be displayed.
  3. Edit the relevant data.
  4. Click on Update. The page Application with the applicant's details and a notification about the changes will be displayed.


Warning

Deleted applications cannot be restored, even by us. 


Delete application from the application

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the application you want to delete. The page Application with the applicant's details will be displayed.
  2. Click on the gear icon  . A dropdown menu will appear.
    Click on the option Delete. The page Delete application with a confirmation prompt will be displayed.
  3. Choose whether statistical data should be retained. Select "Yes" if the applicant's data should still be included in reporting.
  4. Click on Delete application and personal data. The page you accessed before opening the application will be displayed.


Delete application from the application list/multi-selection

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Applications menu item. The list of all job openings and corresponding applications will be displayed.
  2. Click on the title of the job opening for which you want to delete applications. The page Application list with all applications for this job opening will be displayed.
  3. Click on the checkbox next to the applications you want to delete.
  4. Click on the gear icon  . A dropdown menu will appear.
  5. Click on the option Delete. The page Delete application with a confirmation prompt will be displayed.
  6. Choose whether statistical data should be retained. Select "Yes" if the applicant's data should still be included in reporting.
  7. Click on Delete application and personal data. The page Application list will be displayed.
