If a user wants to perform an action or view something in their d.vinci system, they need the corresponding permission. This permission is granted through roles to which permissions can be added.

Proceed as follows:

1. Open the page Permissions.
2. Click on Permission. An input form will be displayed.
3. Fill out the input form.
   • Display name*
   • Application status
   • Task definitions
   • Create all possible status transitions
   • Workflows
4. Click on Create to save your entries. The page Permissions with the details of the created permission and a notification about the creation will be displayed.
