Organizational units represent segments of the organizational level. Except for the organizational level Global, all levels can be divided as desired. This allows you to provide user roles with a specific scope of action.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the page Organizational units.
2. Click on Organizational unit. An input form will be displayed.
3. Fill out the input form.

   • Display name*
   • Parent Organizational Unit*
   • Organizational Level*
   • Country
   • Email sender
     • Deviation From Parent Organizational Unit
       • Triggered by System
       • Triggered by User
     • According to Parent Organizational Unit
4. Click on the button  Create to save the entries. The page Organizational unit with the details of the created organizational unit and a creation confirmation will be displayed.
