In some areas of the system, you have the option to change the order of the created values. This determines the sequence in which they are listed and displayed, for example, to applicants or within the system. An example of this is the screening questions.

Note

The ability to sort is indicated by two dashes, multiple dots, or similar symbols displayed as a kind of handle before the title of the value.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the list where sorting can be changed.
  2. Hover your mouse pointer over the symbol in front of the title. The mouse pointer will change to a hand icon.
  3. Click and hold the left mouse button, then drag the element to the desired position.

Examples where sorting is useful:

  • Application Status
These should be sorted in the order that likely represents the process. This makes sense because the statuses will then be displayed from left to right in the application overview accordingly.
Additionally, they are listed from top to bottom in the status change menu.
  • Screening Questions
Applicants will see the entries in the order in which they are stored in the system.
