You have the option to add confidential attachments to a job application. These can only be viewed by users who have the right to view confidential information from applications. This is provided in the HR department role (standard).


Required Permissions

  • Edit applications
  • Edit confidential information from applications


Follow these steps:

  • Open the application to which you want to add documents/attachments. The Application page will be displayed.
  • Click on the Attachments tab. The Application page with the open Attachments tab will be displayed.
  • Click on Attachment. The input form will be displayed.
  • Click on the File field and select a file you want to upload.
