Are you planning a workshop for the introduction of d.vinci and looking for an agenda?

We totally understand that you’d like a rough schedule to better plan for your participants. However, we aim to fully adapt to you and your needs.

Every company is different, requires different consultation, configuration, and focuses on different topics related to the system. Our consultants tailor the workshop to what you need and do not follow a strict plan. You can rest assured, though, that all important topics will be covered, so you’ll be well-prepared to finalize the system setup and test it before going live.

Generally, each workshop follows this structure:

Part 1 - System Configuration / Basic Training

  • Welcome / Introductions / Goals of the session
  • Brief system presentation
  • Clarification of your recruiting structures in relation to processes and system requirements
  • Basic configuration
  • Setting up the organizational structure
  • Creating users / user groups
  • Setting up application statuses with deletion deadlines, automatic status changes, and task definitions
  • Creating roles and permissions
  • Configuring workflows and processes

Part 2 - Designing all elements needed for the application process

  • Addressing open questions
  • Creating correspondence templates
  • Hiring request (if you are interested in this feature)
  • Job openings and job publications, including layout, media, and job advertisement templates
  • Application forms / feedback forms / questionnaires to send
  • Application portals / interfaces to job boards
  • Reviewing, managing, and forwarding applications
  • Communicating with applicants

Part 3 - Open Session

  • Addressing open questions
  • Simulating an application process or daily business and/or practical exercises
  • Tips and tricks
  • Discussing homework / follow-up tasks

At the end of the workshop, we’ll review with you what still needs to be done before you can publish your first job postings on your website.

You might be surprised that you’ll have homework or follow-up tasks after an extensive workshop.

In most cases, not all necessary content can be finalized during the workshop. Often, additional users, correspondence templates, images, job openings, etc., need to be added before a launch is possible.
