You would like to forward applications from a global posting (e.g., an initiative posting) to colleagues who are not set up at the global organizational level? There are two options for this. In all cases, we work with recommendations.


New Role 

This is our recommendation, as it allows you to always have an overview of who can receive recommendations globally. 

  1. Create a new role and assign it to all users who are eligible to receive recommendations.
    The settings for the role could look like this:
    Name: Receive Global Recommendations
    User Role: Yes
    Security Level: Low
    Permissions: Recommendations | receive/respond
    Additional Information:
    Organizational Level: Global
    Important: Please do NOT add any included roles here, as this will otherwise not work. 
  2. Assign the role to all users who should be able to receive recommendations globally.

From now on, the option Make Recommendation can be selected in the application via the gear icon. Colleagues with the user role will also be listed there. 


Separate Create unsolicited job opening for aach organizational level

Create a new initiative posting for the respective organizational level, to which you then initially move the application. In the recipient selection, colleagues with the same organizational unit as in the initiative posting can then be selected.
