Explanation of term

d.vinci Connect is a feature that allows you to directly link your Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with d.vinci's applicant management system (AMS). This simplifies data transfer and reduces manual steps.


With d.vinci Connect, you can:

  • Connect HRIS systems to the AMS via an interface
  • Create employees directly in the HRIS system from d.vinci
  • View the employee number from the HRIS system in d.vinci


Configuration

The setup of d.vinci Connect is carried out together with our support team to ensure a smooth integration. If you are interested, contact our Customer Service.

System behavior

  • Employee Creation
    After hiring a talent, you can transfer the personal data directly to the HRIS system. A form displays the data to be transferred, which can be adjusted if necessary.
  • Technology Partner
    To enable the connection between your HR system and our d.vinci applicant management system, we collaborate with our partner Kombo. Learn more in the d.vinci subcontractors.
  • Employee Number
    After the transfer, the employee number from the HRIS system is displayed in d.vinci on the business card/header of the application.
