With d.vinci Connect, your Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is directly connected to d.vinci's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Personal data from the application can be transferred to your HRIS system and converted into employee data. Learn how to do this here. 

Required permissions  

  • Edit applications

Follow these steps: 

  1. Open the application whose personal data should be transferred to the HRIS system. The application with the open Data tab will be displayed. 
  2. Click on the gear icon  . A dropdown menu will appear. 
  3. Click on the option + Create employee in [your HRIS system]. An input form will be displayed. 
  4. Check the pre-filled data and modify or supplement it if necessary.
  5. Click on the button Create. The application with the open tab Data and a success message will be displayed. 


The data can now be found in the HRIS system, and an employee number will be displayed in the application if it is transferred from the HRIS system to d.vinci.
