Create onboarding manually

This option is available if no onboardings are currently available for transfer from the applicant tracking system. If you see a number badge behind the + Create onboardings button, please continue with

Required Rights

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Onboardings. The page Dashboard page is displayed.
  2. Click on the button  Create onboarding. An input form is displayed.
  3. Fill out the input form. Instructions in the main article: Onboarding

  4. Click on the button Create to save the entry. The Onboarding page is advertised.
    The Onboarding page with the details of the onboarding you have just entered is displayed.
    In parallel, the responsible persons receive an email if the option Notify Responsibilities about Onboarding was activated.


Create an additional onboarding for an onboardee

It is possible to create several onboardings for an onboardee, for example if an internship contract was initially concluded and then the employee is hired for a permanent position. The onboarding for the internship may not yet be completed, but the onboarding for the other position has already begun.

Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the onboarding of the person who is to receive another onboarding.
  2. Click on the cogwheel button  . A selection menu is displayed.
  3. Click on the selection point  Create onboarding. The Onboardee  input form is displayed.
  4. Fill out the input form. Instructions in the main article: Onboarding

  5. Click on the Create button to save the entries. The Onboarding page with the details of the onboarding you have just entered is displayed.
    Parallel to this, those responsible will receive an email if the Notify Responsibilities about Onboarding option was activated.


Start onboarding from the applicant tracking system

Onboarding can be started at any time for individual applications.
It is advisable to check the application history before starting to see whether onboarding has already been started from the application.

Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the application whose data is to be transferred to Onboarding. 
  2. Click on the cogwheel button  . A selection menu will be displayed.
  3. Click on the selection point  Start onboarding. The Onboardee  input form is displayed.

Create onboardings from üsubmitted-applications

In the applicant tracking system, you can click on the Transfer to Onboarding  button in an application.
This causes this data to be collected until you complete the following steps in onboarding.

If you are processing several applications at the same time, the same schedule applies to the new onboardings. Use this function, for example, if new onboardees start at your company on certain collective dates.


Required rights

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Onboardings. The page Dashboard is displayed.
  2. If there are submissions for applications, the button  Create Onboarding displays a red badge with the number of submissions. Click on the button. The TRANSFERS page is displayed.
  3. Select one or more submissions by activating the associated   checkbox.
  4. Click on the button  Create selected. The New onboardings input form is advertised.
  5. Fill out the input form. Instructions in the main article: Onboarding
    The information applies to all onboardees that you have previously selected. Some information is taken from the application and cannot be changed.
