Forms are pages with input fields that you can create and compile yourself. Forms are used for the purpose of requesting specific information.

Created forms are displayed for all onboarding processes under Onboardee > Additional Information. Here you can fill out the displayed forms manually.

You can also display forms in portal tasks so that onboardees can fill out the forms in the employee portal themselves.
