You can use the rating to evaluate applicants according to their suitability for a job opening. The values A, B and C are available. Once the rating has been set, it is displayed as a badge under the applicant's name. You can filter by rating in the dashboard.

Proceed as follows: 

  • Open the applicant you want to edit. The Application page with the candidate's details is displayed. 
  • Click on the button   Set Rating. A selection menu is displayed. 
  • Click on the rating that matches the applicant. The badge with the rating appears under the applicant's name and a new entry is added to the history.

Note  

In order to be able to view an assigned rating, the authorization "Ratings | view" is required.
