You can adapt created task definitions at any time.
Proceed as follows:
- Press the menu item Administration. The page with the same name is displayed.
- In the d.vinci applicant tracking area, click on the Workflows tab. The page with the same name is displayed.
- Press the Task Definitions button. The page with the same name is displayed.
- Press on the title of the task you want to edit. The Task Definition page with the details of the task is displayed.
- Press the icon, the Edit Task Definition page with the details of the task is displayed.
- Make the needed adjustments.
- Press the Update button to save the entries.
You can edit the entries via the icon or remove the template via the Delete icon .
