Tasks can be collected in task packages. Tasks in task packages serve as templates for reuse:

• The due date of the task is defined in the task template, e.g. "3 days before First Working Day". However, the time schedule dates are specified for each onboarding file individually, so that the actual calendar dates of the tasks can differ for each onboarding file.
• The responsibility of the task is defined in the task template. However, the user to take up this responsibility is defined for each onboarding file individually, so that the actual responsible user of the task can differ for each onboarding file.
