Behavior in the system

  • Purpose
Task bundles are task bundles that should make it easier for you to add all matching tasks to an onboarding at once.
  • Permissions
The Permissions to create, edit and delete task packages are included in the Onboarding - Supervisor role in the delivery. However, it can also be added to any other role.
  • Notes on Configuration
    • Display Name
The Display Name is only visible to you. We recommend a name that clearly indicates the content. Additions with the department, division or even the respective company can be helpful.Task packages should be cut so small that special features for a location, for example, are created in the respective special package - the naming should also be accordingly.Example: [d.vinci] Basic package all settings,  [d.vinci] Trainees - Commercial - Location Köln
    • Organizational Unit
With the selection of the organizational unit the task package can only be inserted for onboardings on the organizational unit or an underlying organizational unit.
    • Preselected For
Here you can select one or more entry reasons. If the same entry reason is selected when creating a new onboarding process, this task package is automatically added for the onboarding process.
  • Further steps
After creating a task package, it is possible to store task templates in the package and thus link the tasks to the package.
  • Standard task packages
You will receive the following packages with corresponding tasks upon delivery. You can customize these according to your needs or delete them.
    • Trainee package
    • New hire basic package
    • Documents
    • Portal tasks
  • Add task packages to onboardings
Task packages can be added to an onboarding in several ways. See Apply task package
  • Renaming
You can rename task packages at any time. The new name will be listed immediately.
  • Delete task packages
If task packages are deleted, the tasks that were transferred to onboarding remain.
If the tasks are also deleted, they must be marked in the onboarding and then removed.

How our customers use this

Many customers create a basic task package with task templates that are relevant for every onboarding process, such as querying employee master data, creating induction plans, creating employees in the HR system, etc.
In addition, further task packages are often created for each work area. For example, in the case of industrial employees, a task package with questionnaires on personal protective equipment and hazard information in the work area and other tasks for this area.
