Shortcuts are status change icons that are displayed next to the status change menu. These are shortcut keys that lead to the next logical status in the process.
If you have created shortcuts at the status transition, you can select the next status without clicking on the status change menu.
Note
For the sake of clarity, it is recommended to create only the most probable/important next statuses as shortcuts. If too many shortcuts are created, the advantage of speed is lost, since the correct next status must first be selected from the long list.
