TABLE OF CONTENTS

There are various ways to open applications.

From the menu Applications

  1. Open the page Applications.
  2. Click on the status icon of the application you want to edit.
    e.g., New for department. The page Application with the details of the application or the Application List page with an overview of applications in that status will be displayed.
  3. Click on a single application. The page Application with the details will be displayed.


From the menu Applications with applications grouped by status

  1. Open the page Applications.
  2. Click on the title of the job posting that includes the application. The page Application List with all applications in all application statuses will be displayed.
  3. Click on the application you want to open. The page Application with the details will be displayed.


  1. Enter the applicant's name in the field Search Application. First and/or last name is sufficient to generate search results.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass or press Return/Enter. The page Application Search with a list of all search results will be displayed.
  3. Click on the appropriate application. The page Application with the details will be displayed.


From the menu Job Postings

  1. Open the page Job Openings.
  2. Click on the job opening whose application you want to open. The page Job Opening with the details of the job opening will be displayed.
  3. Click on the status in the Applications section where the applications you want to edit are located. The page Application List with all applications in all application statuses will be displayed.
  4. Click on the appropriate application. The page Application with the details will be displayed.


From an email or calendar entry with a link to the application

  1. Open the email or calendar entry.
  2. Click on the link to the application. If you are already logged into d.vinci, the application will be displayed directly. If you are not logged in, you will need to log in. After that, the application will be displayed.
