Creating a format template is required in order to create a correspondence template.


Required Rights

  • Create format templates


Proceed as follows:

  1. Press the Administration menu item. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. In the d.vinci Onboarding section, press the Correspondence Templates card. The page with the same name is displayed.
  3. Press the Format Templates button. The page with the same name is displayed.
  4. Press the   Create button. The   Format Template input form is displayed.
  5. Fill in the input form:
    • Specify an unambiguous name that indicates the format template's content. 
    • Select an organizational unit. The format template can only be selected in correspondence templates of the same or lower organizational units.
    • Write a content.

      Note  

      The placeholder {CORRESPONDENCE_TEMPLATE:CONTENT} is already contained. This placeholder will be filled with the contents of the correspondence template when the message is sent. If you remove the placeholder, you cannot save the template and an error message is displayed. Select and copy the placeholder in the error message and paste it back into the template to save the template.

  6. Press Create button to save all changes. The Format Template page is displayed.
