Texts that are created in Word or other writing programs may have hidden formatting in the background. If you now copy such a text and, for example, copy it into the text fields of a publication using CTRL + V, a mix of formatting and fonts may occur, which will destroy the standardized appearance of your job advertisements.


Attention  

Please do not insert texts from Word using copy/copy + paste/paste to avoid the mix of font formatting.  


Proceed as follows when inserting texts from Word templates: 

  1. Copy the text with Ctrl + C or with a right mouse click and "copy".
  2. Move to the position where the text is to be inserted.
  3. Press CTRL + ↑ + V on your keyboard. The formatting is not transferred to your d.vinci when you insert it.

or

  1. Copy the text with Ctrl + C or with a right mouse click and "copy".
  2. Paste the text into a text editor (Editor, Notepad etc.). 
  3. Copy the text from this editor. The formatting is no longer available here. 
  4. Insert the text in the wanted position.


If you have already inserted formatted text, you can use the Remove Formatting function of the editor.


Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the text box containing the formatted text.
  2. Select the text.
  3. Press the Tx icon. This removes the formatting.

    Some formatting cannot be removed using this button. It is therefore recommended to insert the text directly using one of the options mentioned above.
