For each application, an onboarding process can be started directly. Alternatively, the application can also be transferred to d.vinci Onboarding so that an onboarding user can start the onboarding process.
An unlimited number of applications can be transferred to d.vinci Onboarding simultaneously. During the transfer, relevant data from the application is carried over. Onboarding users can review, complete, and create new onboarding processes from the transferred data.

Transfer a Single Application
Follow these steps:
- Open the application you want to transfer.
- Click on the gear icon. A selection menu will be displayed.
- Click on the option Transfer to Onboarding. An input form will be displayed.
- Optionally, provide additional information in the Comment for Transfer field, which onboarding users will see when receiving the application.
- Click on the Transfer button. The Application page will be displayed.
Transfer Multiple Applications
Follow these steps:
- Open the application list of a job opening.
- Select any number of applications by activating the checkboxes for the applications.
- Click on the gear icon. A selection menu will be displayed.
- Click on the option Transfer to Onboarding. An input form will be displayed.
- Optionally, provide additional information in the Comment for Transfer field, which onboarding users will see when receiving the applications.
- Click on the Transfer button. The Application List page will be displayed.
After the transfer, onboarding users can review the transferred applications and create onboarding processes from them.
Note
Mark Completed Transfers
A notification informs you about the successful transfer. However, the application status of the applications is not changed. You can personalize the workflow by creating new application statuses and linking them, for example, through automated status changes. This allows you to configure successfully transferred applications to switch to a distinct and easily recognizable application status.
